A person may plan his own journey

"A person may plan his own journey, but the LORD directs his steps".
 Proverbs 16:9

I met Sherry when I was 25 years old.  From that day on I planned to grow old with her. I planned to see our children grow up and I planned to see our grandchildren get married. I planned for our retirement.

I did not plan for cancer.

In the next few days, Sherry and I have some serious decisions and plans to make
for the times ahead ....what it may hold....

so much to think about and plan for.

It's good to know that the Lord is directing our steps.

  1. Terence: I remember when you met Sherry. It wasn't long after I first met you. You were so shy and/or quiet - the shyest, quietest person I have ever met, I think. And then you met Sherry. You changed, your life changed and together you two just have kept on turning and changing all these years. I remember, too, when you told me about her. You said "I can't believe a woman this beautiful likes me". Well, Terrence - she did. And it's been history, herstory, the two of you -story, ever since. And guess what? You are that beautiful, too.
Love is what is all about -- and you have plenty of love all around you. Count me on that.
